* All exhibition applications must be submitted online.
* After receiving your application, the Secretariat will confirm participation eligibility based on product category and order of submission.
* Once your participation is confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the total fee must be paid within the deadline in order to proceed with booth allocation.
Booth Type
Raw Space
- For raw space booths, only the requested floor area is provided.
- Exhibitors must arrange booth construction—including exhibition structures and electrical work—through designated official contractors.
- A minimum of two booths must be applied for.
- All exhibition structures and materials must comply with fire safety laws, structural safety standards, and general exhibition regulations.
- After the exhibition, the booth area must be fully restored to its original condition.

Standard Booth
- Basic wooden booth walls will be provided by the organizer according to the number of booths applied.
- Exhibitors are free to decorate their booths as desired, within the scope of the official regulations.
- After the exhibition, all facilities and materials must be restored to their original condition.
- Simple nailing or tacks may be used on the walls, but adhesives such as glue, paint, and lacquer are not permitted.
